Our Binary Espresso is a single origin espresso that hails from Sri Lanka. We hand-select lots from individual farms and process them to create a smooth, clean, highly consistent end product. Blending espresso is an art as meticulous as origami and as precise as mechanical engineering. Picking the right varietals and origins and tailoring the roast process to complement them precisely requires a mind both scientific and poetic. We want to make something both familiar and exciting.
