Smoother and fuller-bodied than our Medium Roast — the one most of our café and hotel accounts pick when serving coffee with milk. Available as whole beans or ground specifically for espresso, moka pot, French press, or V60, so it matches how you actually brew. Every batch is logged and cupped for consistency, not just roasted and shipped.
